Our cartridges are guaranteed against defects resulting from defects in materials and workmanship. The liabilities of the manufacturer and PoolFilters.biz are limited solely and exclusively to replacement and do not include any liability for incidental, consequence, or other damage of any kind whatsoever. Warranty does not include shipping charges, labor, installation or any other losses or expenses incurred in operation or installation.
